How to capture your collection.
The clearer we can see the condition, the more accurate your valuation.
- Good, even light. Natural daylight works best. Avoid glare and harsh shadows.
- Fill the frame. Get close so the card fills the frame and stays in focus.
- Show condition. Capture fronts, and any whitening, scratches or bends up close.
- Group your bulk. Neat rows or fanned stacks let us value large lots quickly.
- More is better. When in doubt, send extra images, it speeds up your offer.

How do you value my collection?
We value cards against real, recent sold prices, then adjust for condition, rarity, the set and current demand. Your Collectr link and clear images let us do this accurately, so your offer reflects what the cards are genuinely worth today.
What affects how much my cards are worth?
Mostly four things: condition (a clean, well-centred card is worth far more than a played one), rarity (alt arts, secret rares and low print runs), the set and character’s demand, and whether the card is graded. Sealed product also tends to hold and grow in value over time.
What is Collectr, and do I need it?
Collectr is a free app that catalogues your collection and creates a shareable link showing every card and its condition. It’s the fastest way for us to value a collection, but it’s optional, you can also just send clear images and a list.
Should I grade my cards before selling?
Sometimes. A high-value card in top condition can be worth much more graded, but grading costs time and money, so it isn’t worth it for every card. If you’re unsure, ask us, or read more on our grading page.
Cash or store credit?
Your choice. We pay by EFT, or you can take store credit and get bonus value to spend in-store on sealed product, singles and supplies.
Do you buy bulk, graded and other TCGs?
Yes to all. Big bulk lots, graded slabs (PSA, CGC, Beckett) and other games like One Piece, Dragon Ball, Magic and sports cards are all welcome. If it’s a trading card, ask us.
All valuations and store-credit values are offered at our discretion and depend on each item, its condition, authenticity and current market demand. Any quote is an estimate until we’ve inspected the cards and confirmed a final offer, which you’re always free to accept or decline.
